We have different postage standards for different regions and products. Due to the special handling requirements of battery-contained products, some countries require an additional shipping fee. The final postage will be determined at checkout.

When will I receive my Wolfbox product?

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and is normally delivered within 3–7 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Please NOTE:

We currently do NOT ship to PO BOX, APO, FPO addresses. We do NOT take responsibility for stolen packages or claims stating items not received after the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. Once the tracking system shows “Delivered”, our shipping obligation has been fulfilled.
