We kindly request that contact our customer service first before ship your items. Failure to do so may result in your items not being returned, and it will be considered a loss.

Upon receiving the package at our warehouse, we will process the refund for the customer.

DOA (Dead on arrival) products:

If the product arrives with damaged packaging or experiences malfunctions such as being unable to power on, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide free replacement or refund.

Unsatisfied product / Unsuitable for the vehicle:

If you are not satisfied with our product or product not suitable for your vehicle, we accept self-funded returns within 7 days after receiving the product. 

Besides, depending on the usage condition of the product, an additional fee of up to $20 may be deducted from the refund.

 

Warranty

We offer our valued customers an 18-month warranty free of charge. If the dash cam experiences any quality issues within the warranty period, we will gladly replace it for free to ensure your shipping experience.

Each customer able to enjoy a maximum warranty of 30 months. 1-year paid extended warranty service needs to be purchased in order to be activated.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out, please don't open the packaging film after receiving it and contact our customer service personnel to get return.
